About the Role
You will support the VP of EMEA by managing calendars, meetings, travel, logistics, expenses, and strategic priorities. You will lead the Revenue Executive Assistant function through one-to-ones, performance management, career development, and operational improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or equivalent experience
- 2+ years managing a high-performing administrative team
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders
- Experience with Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Stakeholder relationship-management experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the VP of EMEA’s schedule, calendar, meetings, and commitments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and supporting documentation
- Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, logistics, schedules, and expense reconciliation
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve executive productivity and effectiveness
- Partner with department leads on strategic planning and priority management
- Manage Revenue Executive Assistant operations, one-to-ones, performance management, and career development
- Identify process improvements and proactively support leadership productivity
- Coordinate special projects, team events, and community-building activities
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders confidentially
