About the Role

You will own city operations, including fleet health, deployment zones, uptime, merchant relationships, and delivery performance. You will hire, train, schedule, and manage local staff, track KPIs, improve operations, resolve incidents, and represent the operation with community and city stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing a hands-on physical-world operation
• Experience managing a direct labor workforce, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Ability to set and rigorously track KPIs
• Relationship management with restaurant operators, platform partners, and city officials
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Willingness to work non-standard hours
• Experience in restaurants, food delivery, autonomous vehicles, micro-mobility, logistics, or related industries
• Experience scaling a market from early-stage to mature operations
• Experience in account management or B2B sales
• Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and data dashboards
• Spanish fluency

Responsibilities

• Manage city-level fleet health, deployment zones, and operational uptime
• Track delivery completion rate, uptime, and cost per delivery
• Onboard restaurant partners and resolve merchant incidents
• Manage local operations staff and contract labor
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
• Track city KPIs and report insights to central leadership
• Drive continuous operational improvement
• Represent the operation with community members, local press, and city officials
