About the Role

You will lead Vehicle Safety Officers during shifts, manage schedules and performance, and ensure safe, efficient on-road testing operations. You will coordinate customer activities, respond to incidents, maintain reports, support training, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience as a team coordinator or similar role
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Full clean driving licence
  • At least 5 years of driving experience
  • No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
  • Driving skills and knowledge
  • Disclosure of any second job
  • Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Vehicle Safety Officers during shifts
  • Manage work schedules, task assignments, and performance
  • Line manage Vehicle Safety Officers and hold monthly documented meetings
  • Serve as a customer contact for OEM initiatives
  • Enforce safety protocols and legal compliance
  • Monitor on-road testing quality and escalate issues
  • Identify and resolve operational problems
  • Communicate with operations, management, and other departments
  • Prepare shift reports, performance metrics, and incident documentation
  • Act as the initial Operations Officer for on-road incidents
  • Coordinate training and development with Quality Assurance
  • Implement operational process improvements
