About the Role
Serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM of Canada by driving revenue operations, supporting regional strategy, coordinating enterprise relationships, and helping the Canadian organization scale.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, investment or private banking, revenue operations, or a go-to-market role at a high-growth startup
- Experience with commercial strategy and revenue operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- English fluency
- French proficiency preferred
- Ability to work closely with the GM and regional team
Responsibilities
- Partner with the GM on commercial strategy and regional planning
- Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance reporting, and capacity planning
- Support complex deals and strategic customer relationships
- Represent the GM in interviews and customer meetings
- Manage calendars, projects, and cross-team coordination
- Align the team with processes, priorities, and commitments
- Solve operational challenges before they escalate
- Build repeatable processes for organizational scale
- Use AI tools to automate workflows
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion
