About the Role

You will own the programs, content, processes, and tools that help the go-to-market organization sell effectively. You will create enablement content, manage onboarding and certification programs, coordinate sales training and kickoff events, maintain systems, and improve processes through automation.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years in sales or revenue enablement, sales operations, or a sales-methodology-heavy role
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B technology environment
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, SPICED, or BANT
  • Technical fluency in cloud, AI, and infrastructure concepts
  • Sales kickoff or event planning experience
  • Program and project management expertise
  • Experience with Monday.com, Slack, or Google Workspace
  • Communication and facilitation skills
  • Dashboard-building experience in Salesforce or Grafana is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain field-facing knowledge content
  • Build and maintain revenue-driving programs
  • Assist with sales kickoff logistics and planning
  • Build and maintain enablement systems and processes
  • Monitor tool usage and evaluate effectiveness
  • Build onboarding workbooks and ramp plans
  • Manage the sales training calendar
  • Coordinate partner training and certification tracking
