About the Role
You will grow technology service distributor partnerships and activate advisors to create qualified pipeline and revenue. You will run enablement, joint campaigns, account mapping, deal registrations, and co-sell motions while maintaining CRM data, forecasting performance, and improving scalable channel processes.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of channel sales, partner management, indirect sales, alliances, or business development experience in enterprise technology
- Experience working with technology service distributors, technology advisors, agents, brokers, master agents, or similar indirect sales ecosystems
- Track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue
- Relationship-building ability across distributor leadership, field teams, and advisor firms
- Enablement and presentation skills for AI and contact center technology
- Opportunity management, forecasting, follow-up, and CRM management skills
- Co-sell leadership experience with account executives and technical teams
- Willingness to travel regularly
Responsibilities
- Own business plans and day-to-day relationships for assigned TSD partners
- Build relationships with distributor executives, field teams, advisors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Segment advisor bases and create account-level activation plans
- Recruit, onboard, certify, and enable advisors
- Run webinars, office hours, sales plays, demos, newsletters, and training
- Plan joint go-to-market campaigns, events, and distributor programs
- Generate partner-sourced pipeline through outreach, account mapping, referrals, and co-selling
- Manage deal registrations and coordinate resources throughout sales cycles
- Maintain CRM pipeline, activity, forecast, and partner-performance data
- Establish quarterly business reviews and joint success metrics
- Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and advisor events
- Capture field feedback and improve channel processes and assets
