About the Role
You will maintain an integrated view of the opportunity pipeline and assess timing, value, win probability, strategic relevance, revenue, and resourcing. You will maintain Salesforce data quality and reporting, develop dashboards, partner with Finance on forecasts, identify pipeline risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years
- Business development, capture, sales operations, program management, finance, consulting, or analytical operating experience
- Salesforce opportunity analysis, reporting, dashboards, and business planning
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Data quality management and reporting standards
- Opportunity evaluation
- Cross-functional delivery management
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Maintain an integrated opportunity-pipeline view
- Analyze opportunities and recommend portfolio actions
- Track changes affecting forecast confidence
- Identify pipeline gaps, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity and reporting standards
- Review and correct incomplete or unsupported opportunity records
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and pipeline-review materials
- Partner with Finance on bookings, revenue forecasts, and financial plans
- Support scenario analysis and recurring pipeline-to-finance reviews
- Develop risk-mitigation recommendations and contingency plans
- Maintain pipeline assumptions, histories, risk registers, and lessons learned
