About the Role

Requirements
- Approximately two years of top-tier consulting experience or equivalent commercial strategy experience
- Business, Finance, Economics, or related degree
- Interest in fintech and financial services
- Analytical capability and business-insight development
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and commercial performance frameworks
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency

- Identify commercial trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends
- Assess product-line commercial viability and present recommendations

- Contribute to business-model innovation and revenue-diversification initiatives
- Assess strategic partnership opportunities
- Build scalable commercial systems and processes
- Implement pricing strategies across investments, trading, and crypto products
- Champion commercial-performance initiatives

- Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance teams
