About the Role
You will develop and implement a strategic capture plan for X-BAT supporting U.S. government land forces. You will guide teams toward Army program wins, build relationships with Army stakeholders, and shape policy, requirements, and solicitations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic capture or Army policy-development experience.
- Knowledge of Army requirements or acquisition processes.
- Experience with emerging technologies.
- Leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Active Secret clearance.
