About the Role
You will develop and strengthen channel partnerships across the UK and Europe to grow adoption among VC-backed companies. You will work with law firms, accounting firms, consultants, compliance providers, industry groups, and technology partners. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, activate mutual business opportunities, gather market feedback, identify new partner-value opportunities, and represent the business at industry events.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining relationships
- Knowledge of the UK VC ecosystem, including legal firms, accelerators, and VCs
- Familiarity with cap tables and venture-backed fundraising
- Communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Experience attending industry events
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners in the UK and Europe
- Develop scalable partner-engagement strategies
- Convert new partners into preferred partners
- Coordinate with Sales to activate mutual books of business
- Gather industry feedback and drive cross-functional strategy discussions
- Identify additional ways to deliver value to partners
- Increase partner referrals
- Create product awareness through conferences and industry events
- Represent Carta with current and prospective partners
- Travel up to 25%
