About the Role
You will own the institutional capital pipeline from sourcing through mandate close. You will develop relationships with funds, family offices, market makers, and onchain treasuries; manage CRM forecasting against TVL targets; structure vaults and term sheets; run technical diligence; negotiate commercial terms; and build institutional onboarding processes.

- 5+ years of capital formation, prime brokerage, institutional sales, or investor relations experience

Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and close allocations from institutional investors
- Own institutional CRM pipeline and weekly TVL forecasting
- Design bespoke vault structures and term sheets
- Run technical diligence calls on risk, oracles, custody, and audits
- Negotiate commercial terms, allocation caps, and lock-up structures
- Build institutional onboarding processes with legal, compliance, and operations
