About the Role
You will analyze sales processes, identify improvements, and deliver Salesforce solutions from requirements through testing, launch, and support. You will configure CRM functionality, collaborate with business partners, document changes, and use AI to streamline seller workflows.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst or providing Salesforce support
- CPQ implementation experience
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Flows, validation rules, and reports
- AI tool experience
- Process mapping and user-story development
- Agile experience
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify improvements
- Drive projects from requirements through launch and ongoing support
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions
- Support stakeholders with system questions and unblock workflows
- Test, document, and communicate system changes
- Use AI to simplify seller processes and reduce manual work
