About the Role

You will build and run deal operations and deal desk functions. You will manage systems, workflows, quoting, pricing, approvals, custom deal structures, and bookings. You will work with stakeholders to make deal structuring, configuration, approval, and booking efficient and accurate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function
  • Experience administering Salesforce Revenue Cloud or a comparable CPQ platform
  • Understanding of quote-to-booking processes, quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, and booking
  • Understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, commercial terms, and contract structures
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS deals
  • Ability to build, troubleshoot, and improve systems, workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Data, and Operations
  • Experience designing systems and processes for a rapidly growing company
  • AI fluency

Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and improve quote-to-booking processes and tooling
  • Own the Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ instance
  • Maintain the integrity of bookings data in CRM and CPQ
  • Review deals for booking readiness and resolve discrepancies
  • Establish pricing, deal-review, approval, and contract-review frameworks
  • Guide sales teams toward high-velocity, high-value deal structures
  • Use Factory droids to streamline quote-to-booking processes
