Develop and manage business plans for merchant-facing PayPay services, model business economics, analyze markets and service performance, develop growth strategies, validate revenue scenarios, and drive actions toward sales targets using generative AI and BI tools.
Requirements
- Experience developing business plans.
- Experience modeling service economics.
- Ability to create simulations and charts in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to use AI and BI tools for analysis and report creation.
Responsibilities
- Develop business-plan models and simulations.
- Analyze market and competitor data to develop strategies, create profit-and-loss plans, and manage budget-versus-actual performance.
- Analyze service KPI drivers with machine learning and design growth initiatives.
- Build economic models for new services and validate revenue scenarios.
- Use generative AI such as ChatGPT to automate research, proposals, and improvement recommendations.
- Manage actions required to achieve the business division's sales targets.
