About the Role

You will originate and close complex datacenter and AI infrastructure opportunities across site selection, construction financing, colocation, and capacity commercialization. You will evaluate technical and economic feasibility, structure agreements, develop enterprise customer relationships, translate compute needs into site specifications, and engage Israeli government stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with datacenter development, including site due diligence, power procurement, utility negotiations, critical systems design, and construction milestone management
  • Background in investment banking, infrastructure-focused private equity, or project finance
  • Experience structuring and negotiating capacity backstops, long-term offtake agreements, construction financing, and sale-leaseback structures
  • Experience engaging Israeli government institutions, defense-adjacent agencies, or regional regulatory bodies
  • Ability to coordinate infrastructure, legal, finance, and engineering teams without direct authority
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with power purchase agreements, utility interconnection, substation construction, or energy infrastructure financing is a bonus
  • Familiarity with GPU compute density, high-performance networking, or managed inference workloads is a bonus
  • 8+ years of experience across infrastructure development, finance, and enterprise commercial relationships is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate ground-up datacenter and colocation opportunities
  • Assess power availability, utility interconnection timelines, critical load capacity, cooling infrastructure, fiber access, and physical security
  • Own deal metrics including cost per MW, construction schedules, and long-term capacity optionality
  • Structure agreements with datacenter developers and colocation partners
  • Build and manage enterprise customer relationships across the AI developer ecosystem
  • Translate customer compute requirements into site-level development specifications
  • Partner with Account Executives to move opportunities from origination through close
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with Israeli government stakeholders
