About the Role
You will drive outbound prospecting across the Web3 and cybersecurity landscape, research and engage potential customers, and build genuine interest through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns with Sales and Marketing. You will represent the company professionally to prospects and support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales development, or a customer-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter mindset and goal-driven resilience
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach is a plus
- Genuine passion for blockchain, Web3, or cybersecurity
- Experience with crypto custody or crypto security and a strong network is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers across the Web3 and cybersecurity landscape
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to execute targeted, data-driven campaigns
- Maintain accurate activity logs and lead data in CRM
- Represent the company professionally to prospects and decision-makers
