About the Role
You will build and manage a structured pipeline of target financial institutions, develop deep relationships with senior decision-makers, and cultivate internal champions to drive pilots and adoption. You will create and execute advisor and influencer strategies, maintain a real-time view of competing chains, and craft a clear institutional narrative. You will also own institutional communications operations: draft ecosystem updates and meeting materials, monitor institutional sentiment, surface insights, and manage logistics and follow-through to keep prospects and stakeholders engaged.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in financial institution partnerships, institutional BD, management consulting focused on financial services, or crypto infrastructure companies
- Direct exposure to how large financial institutions evaluate, procure, and adopt new technology infrastructure
- Existing relationships within financial institutions, consulting firms, or the institutional crypto ecosystem
- Exceptional written communication
- Familiarity with token markets and institutional investor behavior
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and audiences simultaneously
- Analytical ability to track competitive dynamics and synthesize institutional feedback
