About the Role
You will lead revenue-generating partnership, pipeline-development, and enterprise-sales initiatives. You will identify target accounts, conduct outreach, run discovery, demonstrate solutions, and progress opportunities from initial meetings through pilots and contracts. You will build relationships with integrators, consultancies, and technology partners; create tailored sales materials and ROI cases; support proposals, pricing, and commercial terms; and represent the business at relevant events. You will maintain CRM hygiene, forecast and report on sales KPIs, and use AI tools for account research, lead enrichment, personalized outreach, call summaries, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in fintech, banking technology, or infrastructure.
- Ability to translate technical concepts such as core banking, ledgers, and APIs into business value for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including discovery, demonstrations, and stakeholder alignment.
- Disciplined approach to CRM, forecasting, and deal hygiene.
- Familiarity with digital and AI-assisted sales tools, including ChatGPT, enrichment or prospecting platforms, and meeting summarizers.
- Experience selling to banks, credit unions, regulated financial institutions, or fintechs.
- In-depth knowledge of core banking platforms and digital asset infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline by identifying and prioritizing ICP accounts and conducting targeted multi-channel outreach.
- Lead discovery, solution mapping, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with integrators, consultancies, and technology partners.
- Create tailored decks, one-pagers, and ROI cases, and support proposals, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Represent the business at relevant conferences, plan meetings, participate in panels where appropriate, and convert event interest into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and report on sales KPIs.
- Use AI tools to research accounts, enrich and segment leads, draft personalized outreach, summarize calls, and streamline follow-ups.
