About the Role
You will own the end-to-end effort to build a thriving real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem on Monad. You will source and onboard asset issuers, coordinate with DeFi protocols and risk curators to integrate tokenized assets into lending and collateral primitives, manage incentives and liquidity, ensure secondary market functionality, develop standards for issuance, work with distribution partners to reach investors and users at scale, monitor market and regulatory developments across jurisdictions, and coordinate multi-party workflows across issuers, protocols, and distribution partners.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in RWA or tokenization, asset management, institutional product at a digital asset firm, capital markets or structured products at a financial institution, or BD at a DeFi protocol with institutional focus
- Direct familiarity with how tokenized assets work on-chain, including issuance process, role of risk curators, and lending protocols
- Experience managing multi-party workflows across issuers, protocols, and distribution partners
- Strong relationship building skills with both traditional finance and crypto-native teams
- Commercial judgment to prioritize assets and issuers
- Operational organization and pipeline management skills
- Clear communication skills to translate between TradFi and on-chain finance
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard asset managers, tokenization platforms, and fund managers
- Build and manage a structured issuer pipeline
- Develop an asset class prioritization thesis
- Develop relationships with traditional financial institutions and asset managers
- Coordinate with lending protocols and risk curators to integrate tokenized assets into DeFi primitives
- Manage protocol incentive programs to drive liquidity and usage
- Define and promote standards for on-chain asset issuance and composition
- Ensure secondary market liquidity for tokenized assets
- Coordinate distribution to crypto allocators, retail platforms, wallets, CEXs, fintechs, and neobanks
- Analyze holder and retention data to refine sourcing priorities
- Monitor the tokenization market and competitor activity
- Track regulatory developments and assess asset viability by jurisdiction
- Coordinate multi-party workflows across issuers, protocols, and distribution partners
- Communicate tokenization pipeline developments to investor relations and capital markets
