About the Role
You will lead the development and execution of capital markets strategy, building high-impact partnerships with investment banks, trading firms, and market infrastructure providers. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate complex deals with senior executives, and manage partner relationships through delivery. You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and trading to develop use cases and product-market fit, prepare business plans and pitches, monitor industry trends in digital assets and blockchain, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in capital markets
- Knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology applications in institutional finance
- Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and closing complex deals in financial services
- Established network within capital markets including senior executives
- Strong business development and deal-making skills including pipeline management and implementation
- Ability to understand complex technology products and communicate value to institutional partners
- Analytical and strategic thinking and consultative selling skills
- Experience launching or growing new businesses and leading cross-functional initiatives
