About the Role
You will qualify all inbound leads and proactively prospect across various U.S. territories to generate new business opportunities. You will report to the Head of B2B Marketing and work closely with the Sales Team. You will assess inbound leads, research and target new accounts, build contact lists, send personalized emails, and conduct social media outreach to schedule meetings for the sales team. You will build relationships with prospects, keep the CRM accurately updated for a seamless handoff to sales, and attend quarterly Trade Shows alongside the Head of Sales to represent the Quince brand in person. You will also be expected to bring new ideas for using AI and technology to scale your outreach, and stay current on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Qualify all inbound leads to determine their potential and readiness for engagement
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Source contacts and secure meetings for Account Executives from target account lists
- Build target contact lists and send personalized emails and social media outreach
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospects
- Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Attend quarterly Trade Shows and represent the Quince brand in person for live lead generation
- Use technology and AI to scale qualification and outreach efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
