About the Role
You will manage projects involving internal and external stakeholders from issue identification through delivery. You will clarify requirements, build consensus, control schedules, develop business opportunities, build relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, translate customer needs into product requirements, and design viable business structures. You will collaborate across Tokyo, New York, and Singapore.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Native-level Japanese and the ability to communicate in English
- Experience independently completing work involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to enjoy working in a fast-changing environment
Responsibilities
- Manage partner projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Organize issues and articulate requirements
- Build stakeholder consensus and manage schedules and deadlines
- Develop business opportunities from discovery through relationship building proposals and contracts
- Translate customer and partner needs into product requirements
- Design commercially viable business structures
