About the Role

You will lead end-to-end client delivery projects, design operating models and workflows, implement custody and tokenization platforms, and coordinate technical delivery. You will manage strategic cross-functional initiatives, prepare regulatory and business requirements, improve operations, support international expansion, conduct blockchain forensic analysis and due diligence, and contribute to commercial requests and operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Hold a master's degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or a related field
  • Have 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in project management within financial services or fintech
  • Understand blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem, including custody, trading, tokenization, staking, and derivatives
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver accurately
  • Be fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Travel to client locations as required

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions, issuers, liquidity providers, and market makers
  • Design operating models and workflows
  • Set up custody and tokenization platforms
  • Manage technical implementations with client stakeholders and internal engineering and security functions
  • Deliver cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee
  • Prepare regulatory filings and business requirement specifications
  • Drive operational improvements and international expansion initiatives
  • Produce source-of-funds analyses, wallet screenings, and crypto due diligence reports using blockchain intelligence tools
  • Support compliance reviews, onboarding, and investigations
  • Contribute to sales RFPs and RFIs
  • Support ad hoc commercial and operational priorities
