About the Role
You will manage customer implementation projects from onboarding through go-live. You will coordinate timelines and dependencies, guide customers through implementation decisions, lead meetings, resolve operational blockers, support handovers into ongoing operations, and build expertise in products and project delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience setting up and delivering complex projects
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a technical environment
- Payments industry or technical experience is a plus
- Familiarity with API-first SaaS software integrations hardware rollouts or technical data flows is a plus
- Strong organizational and detail management skills
- Clear and confident communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced changing environments
- Customer-focused collaboration skills
- Curiosity about technical systems and operational processes
- Fluency in English and French Spanish or Italian
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementation projects from onboarding through go-live
