About the Role
You lead B2B client implementations for complex SaaS risk and compliance solutions. You manage scope, timelines, resources, technical execution, risks, governance, stakeholder communication, product dependencies, and strategic reporting to ensure predictable delivery and customer value.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technology projects and SaaS software implementations for B2B clients
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
- Experience managing corporate stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate technical and business areas with clarity and predictability
- Experience in risk, compliance, data governance, auditing, or regulated environments is a plus
- PMBOK, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certifications are a plus
- Experience with technology PMO or portfolio governance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure scope, timelines, and resources are met in client implementations
- Monitor technical activities, progress, risks, objectives, deadlines, and quality standards
- Report project progress and delivery status to the PMO
- Track product features and integrations required for projects
- Manage communication with corporate clients through governance rituals and executive status reporting
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans
- Ensure traceability of decisions and deliverables
- Connect clients, internal teams, and stakeholders through clear, objective, value-oriented communication
