About the Role
You will manage client delivery projects and strategic cross-functional initiatives, designing operating models, setting up custody and tokenization platforms, coordinating technical implementations, supporting regulatory and operational work, producing blockchain forensics and due diligence reports, and contributing to sales proposals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or project management within financial services or fintech
- Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and the digital asset ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in French and English
- Willingness to travel to client locations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions, issuers and market makers
- Design operating models and workflows
- Set up custody and tokenization platforms
- Manage technical implementations with client, Engineering and Security teams
- Deliver cross-functional projects across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology and Sales
- Manage regulatory filings, business requirements, operational improvements and international expansion initiatives
- Produce source-of-funds analyses, wallet screening and crypto due diligence reports
- Contribute to sales RFPs and RFIs
- Support commercial and operational priorities
