About the Role
Own project delivery from initiation through production rollout, coordinating Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders while managing calendars, reporting, dependencies, risks, resourcing, PDLC improvements, and automated AI reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
- Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
- Experience managing complex cross-functional software development projects
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
- Understanding of tokenization platforms and core infrastructure services
- Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, digital asset lifecycle, smart contracts, wallet and custody solutions, identity and access management, and system integrations
Responsibilities
- Organize teams in JIRA through releases, milestones, sprint planning, and ceremonies
- Own delivery calendars and drive ceremony rhythms
- Create and maintain delivery, release, and velocity dashboards
- Facilitate delivery from scoping through production rollout
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
- Maintain delivery plans and surface risks early
- Implement PDLC best practices and improve processes
- Support team resourcing
- Build automated AI reporting
