You will coordinate compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives across teams. You will gather and translate requirements, manage reporting intake and priorities, oversee timelines and approvals, support validation and issue resolution, communicate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and improve reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or related roles
• Experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, data validation, report logic, and structured datasets preferred
• Experience with regulatory, audit, or compliance reporting in healthcare environments preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end compliance and regulatory reporting delivery
• Gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables
• Manage reporting intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and delivery
• Support report validation and issue resolution
• Communicate reporting outcomes to stakeholders
• Maintain reporting documentation
• Improve reporting workflows and cross-team coordination
