Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within crypto and DeFi.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and the crypto market.
• Proven history of negotiating and securing high-value partnerships.
• Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships.
• Self-starter attitude with a results-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with projects, protocols, exchanges, and influencers in the DeFi ecosystem.
• Develop partnership strategies to increase user acquisition, liquidity, and platform growth.
• Negotiate agreements covering contributions, investments, marketing collaborations, and joint ventures.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external partners.
• Monitor partnership performance metrics and provide insights to internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing materials, integration guides, and co-branded content.
