About the Role
Build and own the Singapore pipeline, run full-cycle commercial opportunities, position blockchain security and compliance solutions, manage client relationships, develop partnerships, track market intelligence, coordinate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of B2B business development, enterprise sales, or account management experience with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Working knowledge of smart contract security, on-chain analytics, AML/CFT, or virtual asset compliance concepts.
- Understanding of the digital asset and blockchain landscape and institutional security and compliance challenges.
- Established network in Singapore or the wider Southeast Asian digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal English and confidence presenting to senior and technical audiences.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing right to work in Singapore or eligibility to obtain one.
- Prior experience at a Web3 security, blockchain analytics, RegTech, or cybersecurity vendor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the Singapore pipeline through outbound, inbound qualification, referrals, ecosystem relationships, and event presence.
- Run opportunities end to end, including discovery, technical scoping, proposal structuring, negotiation, and close.
- Position audits, formal verification, penetration testing, on-chain surveillance, AML/compliance tooling, and incident response against client needs.
- Own post-sale relationships, renewals, expansion, and primary commercial account management.
- Develop channel and referral relationships with law firms, consultancies, custodians, infrastructure providers, and industry associations.
- Track competitive and pricing landscapes and provide market intelligence to pricing, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Coordinate with policy, product, engineering, marketing, and regional leadership on proposals, campaigns, territory strategy, and forecasting.
- Maintain pipeline data, forecasts, activity records, and quarterly target reporting.
