About the Role

You will drive business development across APAC by building relationships with exchanges, wallets, custodians, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners. You will move opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation, contracting, launch, and expansion. You will develop partnership structures, manage complex deals and pipelines, prepare commercial materials, and support integrations and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial strategy, consulting, fintech, technology, financial services, or crypto
  • Demonstrate commercial judgment and experience negotiating agreements and structuring partnerships
  • Demonstrate relationship management, communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Independently manage complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
  • Understand crypto, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or fintech
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be willing to collaborate across time zones and travel within APAC when required

Responsibilities

  • Support APAC business development strategy execution
  • Build and manage relationships with exchanges, wallets, custodians, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners
  • Progress opportunities through engagement, commercial negotiation, contracting, launch, and expansion
  • Develop partnership structures and commercial terms
  • Maintain pipeline momentum through follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and project management
  • Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations on integrations and go-to-market initiatives
  • Prepare proposals, commercial analyses, and stakeholder updates
  • Represent the organization at APAC meetings, conferences, and industry events
