About the Role
You will build and manage a pipeline of institutional trading participants, pitch and close opportunities, structure commercial terms, and coordinate onboarding. You will manage participant relationships, monitor activity and satisfaction, resolve escalations, represent the program at industry events, and share market insights with leadership.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of institutional sales, business development, or client-coverage experience in trading or financial markets
- An established network among HNIs, family offices, prop traders, or fund managers in India or NRI hubs
- Understanding of derivatives, market microstructure, and market-making economics
- Ability to conduct quantitative commercial discussions and structure bespoke deals
- Genuine curiosity about crypto and digital-asset markets
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
Responsibilities
- Build and own a pipeline of prospective institutional program participants
- Pitch the program and take prospects from initial conversation to signed agreement
- Structure commercial terms with the trading desk and coordinate agreements with legal and compliance
- Coordinate participant onboarding with engineering and trade operations
- Manage participant relationships, activity, fill quality, satisfaction, expansion opportunities, and escalations
- Represent the program at trading and crypto industry events
- Provide market intelligence to product and trading leadership
