About the Role
You will drive business development strategies and lead client engagement from first contact through to close. You will build and maintain a pipeline of institutional clients such as hedge funds, banks and asset managers, and partner with them to understand trading requirements. You will lead onboarding and ongoing relationship management, provide exceptional client service, and collaborate with product, engineering and research to ensure seamless delivery and customisation of trading solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in digital assets, fintech, or institutional trading
- Deep knowledge of trading platforms, digital assets, and institutional trading requirements
- Proven track record of building high-value qualified pipelines and institutional relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and interest in digital asset technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic consultative sales approach
