About the Role
You will secure enterprise customers and strategic partners for emerging AI products. You will develop commercial pilots, define success metrics and economics, guide engagements through production and expansion, and own partner relationships from pitch through launch and optimization. You will work with Product and Engineering to incorporate market feedback and refine commercial strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant commercial enterprise experience
- Experience taking new or emerging technology products from early market entry through commercial scale
- Track record of securing lighthouse enterprise customers and strategic partners and converting pilots into scaled relationships
- Experience selling complex technology to large enterprises
- Experience commercializing AI, data infrastructure, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or similar technology
- Understanding of enterprise and strategic-partner evaluation, procurement, integration, distribution, and scaling of emerging technologies
- Product judgment and experience partnering with Product and Engineering
- Experience building a new business within a technology company
Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and close relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners
- Engage senior executives across technology, product, operations, business development, and commercial functions
- Identify strategic partnerships that accelerate distribution, unlock use cases, or create differentiated capabilities
- Build lighthouse customer and partner portfolios
- Drive commercial pilots with clear objectives, metrics, economics, timelines, and paths to production
- Own the progression from initial conversation through scaled commercial relationship
- Work with customers, partners, Product, and Engineering during early implementations
- Test product-market fit, willingness to pay, partnership models, implementation requirements, and demand
- Sign, launch, and optimize partner relationships
- Refine pitch materials, partner marketing motions, and operations
- Share partnership learnings to refine product strategy
