About the Role
This senior individual contributor role focuses on opening senior-level conversations, building strategic relationships, creating qualified enterprise and partnership opportunities, and positioning TRM Labs within major financial institutions across APAC.
Requirements
- Deep, credible network across APAC financial institutions.
- Experience as a head of digital assets at a bank or at a crypto infrastructure firm is ideal.
- Comfort with customer-facing and public-facing work, including conferences, panels, and thought leadership.
- Track record of turning relationships into pipeline, not just introductions.
- Daily use of AI for research, prospecting, and pipeline management, with a concrete workflow.
- Based in Singapore; remote.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% for conferences and in-person account work.
- Direct experience with financial institutions or crypto-native infrastructure companies serving them in APAC.
Responsibilities
- Open senior-level access at priority APAC financial institutions by activating an established network.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across stakeholders in digital assets, financial crime, compliance, investigations, risk, and innovation.
- Help TRM Labs participate in important conversations within strategic financial institutions.
- Identify and pursue enterprise and partnership opportunities with banks and other financial institutions.
- Represent TRM Labs at conferences, executive forums, practitioner communities, and industry events.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Policy to convert strategic access into qualified opportunities and market insight.
- Feed customer insights, buying dynamics, objections, and market intelligence back into product and go-to-market teams.
