About the Role
You will work with strategic customers to identify AI transformation opportunities, define high-impact use cases, and guide agents into production. You will own flagship deals from use-case discovery through commercial terms and close, deliver demos and presentations, and collaborate on delivery outcomes with customer technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial experience with value propositions and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Understanding of South Korean regional and cultural nuances
Responsibilities
- Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial terms and close
- Embed with customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Present results and proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Build and deliver product demos
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents into production
- Feed field insights into the product roadmap
