About the Role
You will conduct inbound and outbound calls to onboard potential customers and help them begin using the platform. You will follow up on leads, understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, answer account and product inquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet daily weekly and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Motivated and sales-driven approach
- Teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full working rights in Singapore
Responsibilities
