Founded in 2021, MPCH designs, builds, and operates cryptographic infrastructure spanning hardware-backed key management, air-gapped disaster recovery, validator operations, secure vault facilities, and managed SOC and network services. Its Stronghold products provide policy-governed signing and recovery for regulated blockchain and authority-key systems, while ATLAS and APEX provide cryptographically enforced governance for autonomous AI and tokenized-finance workflows. MPCH also operates Ti22, its US defense subsidiary, serving defense and intelligence environments.

About the Role
You will support business development and sales efforts focused on public sector clients. You will conduct market research, identify and qualify new opportunities, prepare proposals and presentations, assist with RFP responses (including SBIR/STTR), and help manage the sales pipeline and forecasting. You will join meetings with public sector stakeholders, maintain client communication, perform sales operations and administrative tasks, and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align messaging and materials for proposals and client engagements. You will use productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint and follow procurement and contract requirements when preparing submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Military experience in roles such as Contracting Officer, Logistics Officer, Operations Officer, or Administrative Officer preferred
- Familiarity with Department of Defense procurement processes
- Experience with proposal preparation and RFP responses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
