About the Role
Drive the development and execution of ecosystem strategy, identify and negotiate with DeFi projects, dApps, and other partners, collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partnerships, oversee deal execution and onboarding, and report partnership impact.
Requirements
- 2.5+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within blockchain, DeFi, or the intent sector
- Deep understanding of DeFi and Layer 2 scaling challenges and opportunities
- Proven track record building and scaling high-impact partnerships in the blockchain industry
- Exceptional negotiation skills for large, complex deals
- Technical acumen to work with engineering teams on integration requirements
- Nice to have: experience at other DeFi projects
- Nice to have: understanding of accelerator, incubator, or venture capital experience
- Nice to have: network or experience at trading firms
Responsibilities
- Drive ecosystem strategy and partnership development
- Identify and engage DeFi projects and dApps for strategic partnerships
- Negotiate and close high-level partnership deals
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and legal to integrate partnerships
- Oversee partnership lifecycle from negotiation to onboarding and integration
- Track partnership KPIs and report impact
