About the Role
Design and operate proof-of-concept projects, define success criteria and testing methods, analyze results, write technical reports, lead technical portions of Mutual Action Plans, conduct customer architecture and performance meetings, deliver demos and workshops, propose solutions, manage technical deal risks, and build standardized technical sales and due-diligence materials.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience planning and operating B2B financial solutions
- Ability to structure and explain complex information through documents and diagrams
- Ability to lead technical meetings and handle Q&A in English
- Understanding of blockchain-based financial solutions such as stablecoins, STO, and RWA
- Experience in blockchain services or the digital asset industry is preferred
- Technical sales or equivalent customer-facing technical experience is preferred
- Experience with blockchain nodes, indexing, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure is preferred
- Understanding of infrastructure and platform operations, including availability, monitoring, incident response, and SLO/SLA concepts, is preferred
- Experience presenting workshops or sessions to overseas customers is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and operate proof-of-concept projects
- Define success criteria and measurement methods
- Plan POC projects and design test scenarios
- Analyze test results and write final technical reports
- Lead the technical part of Mutual Action Plans for commercial conversion
- Lead customer technical meetings covering architecture, operations, and performance
- Design and deliver technical demos, workshops, and architecture review sessions
- Organize customer environments and requirements and propose optimal solutions
- Manage deal risks from a technical perspective with sales
- Standardize recurring technical validation processes into sales assets
- Create quantitative technical comparison frameworks against competitors
- Update technical due-diligence materials and FAQs covering security, operations, and compliance
