About the Role
Build and scale B2B demand generation in Colombia through integrated campaigns, localized messaging, market insights, cross-functional partnership, and data-driven pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that create measurable enterprise pipeline.
- Experience implementing growth and marketing projects from start to finish.
- Accountability for marketing return on investment.
- Deep knowledge of the Colombian market, enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.
- Ability to work across multiple marketing functions with limited process.
- Curiosity about AI and close knowledge of the technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Colombian priority industries.
- Localize and execute ABM, content, events, webinars, partner marketing, customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound programs.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Colombian market.
- Feed buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory insights back to the global team.
- Partner with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams.
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market.
- Measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve campaigns.
