About the Role

You will own the enterprise growth strategy from target-account selection through pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion. You will create account-based programs, develop messaging and campaigns for technical and executive audiences, and partner with Sales on repeatable account programs. You will lead integrated demand-generation campaigns, measure marketing performance, use market insight to improve positioning, and build an enterprise growth marketing team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing experience with enterprise experience
  • Track record of creating measurable pipeline with complex multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • Enterprise GTM expertise including segmentation, ICP definition, account prioritization, buying-committee mapping, and sales alignment
  • Positioning and storytelling skills for technical products and developer-facing audiences
  • Analytical ability to own performance metrics end to end
  • Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise growth strategy from target-account selection through pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion
  • Build and run account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts and buying committees
  • Develop messaging, campaigns, and content for technical, security, engineering, and executive audiences
  • Partner with Sales to translate territory plans and account insight into repeatable programs
  • Lead integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital, events, partners, content, lifecycle, and field marketing
  • Establish reporting for pipeline, conversion, velocity, win rate, CAC, and expansion impact
  • Use customer, market, and competitive insight to improve positioning and identify growth opportunities
