About the Role
You will grow the client franchise globally by introducing QCP’s products and solutions, primarily by qualifying and handling inbound client flow. You will provide high-touch service to prospects and clients, support client engagement campaigns, collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve the client experience, and assist with enhancements to client service workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in real-time client-facing functions, especially with regional corporates or UHNW clients.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coverage role in the financial institution industry is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and independent working style with good analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of derivatives and trading products such as spot, options, and structured products.
- General understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to solve issues under high pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Grow the client franchise globally through the introduction of QCP’s products and solutions.
- Qualify and handle inbound client flow.
- Provide consistent high-touch service to prospects and clients throughout their journey with the firm.
- Support the Sales Team in rolling out campaigns and initiatives for client engagement.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve the client experience and meet client demands.
- Assist with enhancements to existing client service workflows.
