About the Role
You will originate and qualify institutional prospects across family offices EAMs funds corporate treasuries and crypto native institutions. You will manage client onboarding coordinate KYC and AML requirements prepare subscription documents support distribution partnerships maintain the CRM pipeline and represent the platform at industry events and client meetings across the region.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in institutional sales investor relations or business development
- Experience at a bank digital asset firm or asset manager
- Existing institutional relationships in Asia or willingness to build a network
- Fluency in tokenized RWA products and current market developments
- Self starting organized and strong ownership mindset
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Originate qualify and progress institutional prospects end to end
- Coordinate KYC and AML onboarding requirements
- Manage subscription documents and liaise with fund administrators and licensed distribution partners
- Prepare partnership materials and manage follow ups from term sheet to live distribution
- Maintain pipeline and CRM discipline
- Produce management reporting on coverage and conversion
- Represent the platform at industry events and client meetings across the region
