About the Role
You will guide small-business customers through the finance application process, understand their business and funding needs, and match them with appropriate finance products and lenders. You will manage customer relationships, maintain accurate Salesforce records, monitor trends, develop asset-finance knowledge, and work toward sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Contact, engage, and manage small-business customers through the application process
- Build and nurture relationships with commercial lending partners
- Articulate the Funding Options by Tide proposition and service
- Develop knowledge of asset finance, lenders, and products
- Explain finance options across multiple business-finance product classes
- Maintain accurate and current prospect information in Salesforce
- Monitor trends and add customer-profile information to Salesforce
- Keep current with industry, market, and competitor trends
- Share stories and successes through relevant communication channels
