About the Role

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to startup founders and engineers, helping them evaluate, architect, deploy, and expand Claude-based solutions. You will develop evaluation frameworks, guide architecture decisions, share startup insights with product and engineering stakeholders, and lead customer workshops and technical deep dives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Software engineering or technical founder experience.
• Experience building and scaling AI products.
• Experience building and deploying production LLM applications.
• Knowledge of context engineering, evaluation frameworks, and modern AI architectures.
• Technical communication.
• Experience selling technical products.
• Python.
• LLM framework, tool, and integration-pattern knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to translate startup requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide startups through Claude evaluation, deployment, and expansion.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for startup use cases.
• Advise founders and engineers on technical architecture decisions.
• Gather startup deployment insights and share feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events for workshops and technical deep dives.
