About the Role
You'll be the driving force behind the transcripts on our platform, helping redefine how investment research is done. As a native German speaker (C1/C2), you'll connect with industry experts and help grow the content platform, disrupting the status quo in the investment research and expert network industry. You'll source and prospect industry experts for time-sensitive customer projects, using various tools to creatively investigate and identify information and experts. You'll reach out to top decision-makers and C-level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone, connecting investors with these decision-makers to help them make well-informed decisions. You'll take ownership of multiple projects at once in a performance-driven environment, control your earnings by exceeding quotas, and as you grow in the role, you'll have the opportunity to move into customer-facing account management, interacting daily with global institutional investors and hedge fund managers.
Requirements
- Native German speaker (C1/C2 levels)
- Track record of success in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing or similar roles
- Experience with and comfort with strategically sourcing and cold outreach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage with C-level executives
- Persistence, drive and a goal-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, with a willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to work well within a team
Responsibilities
- Source and prospect industry experts for customers on critical, time-sensitive projects
- Creatively investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools
- Contact top decision-makers and C-level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
- Connect investors with decision-makers to help them make informed decisions
- Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment
- Exceed quotas and stay ahead of monthly metrics
- Move into customer-facing account management, leading project management and primary research efforts as you advance
