About the Role
You will manage strategic relationships with complex institutional clients, coordinate internal stakeholders, and identify commercial opportunities. You will prepare executive client materials, maintain account operations, explain Aladdin capabilities, and use AI, data, and automation tools to improve client engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, consulting, client service, sales, solution delivery, or enterprise technology within financial services or FinTech
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial experience supporting growth, renewals, client expansion, account planning, or pipeline development
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Familiarity with buy-side investment management workflows, institutional investment organizations, or enterprise investment technology
- Comfort using AI and data tools to improve productivity and client engagement
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day engagement with senior stakeholders at institutional clients
- Develop an understanding of client objectives, operating models, investment workflows, governance, and technology priorities
- Identify and progress growth opportunities across the existing client base
- Maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, and pipeline views
- Support renewals, pricing discussions, proposals, and internal approvals
- Own meeting agendas, follow-ups, action tracking, CRM updates, issue escalation, and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare QBR materials, steering committee decks, internal briefings, and client proposals
- Coordinate billing inquiries, contracts, renewals, and internal client commitments
- Partner with sales, product, service, implementation, legal, finance, and business development teams
- Maintain fluency in Aladdin capabilities and institutional investment industry trends
- Use AI, data, and automation tools to synthesize information and improve workflows
