About the Role
You will lead procurement discovery, map customer requirements to product capabilities, and design scalable future-state workflows. You will validate integrations, build pre-sale implementation plans and prototypes, support enterprise evaluations, document implementation guidance, and assist onboarding escalations. You will travel for onsite workshops and validation sessions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, P2P, ERP, or technical implementation roles
- Knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes
- Experience designing or implementing P2P solutions
- API experience
- Knowledge of SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM, SAML, and ERP financial objects
- Experience running enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to design future-state workflows
- Ability to build pre-sale implementation plans
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions on procurement workflows and requirements
- Map customer requirements to capabilities and design scalable workarounds
- Analyze ERP configurations and data structures
- Build pre-sale implementation plans
- Conduct integration and security assessments
- Create workflow prototypes, configurations, and proofs of concept
- Lead procurement technical work in enterprise opportunities
- Quantify customer pain and translate challenges into ROI
- Provide product feedback on gaps, customer needs, and market trends
- Document requirements and implementation guidance for onboarding
- Support complex onboarding escalations
- Travel for onsite discovery workshops and solution validation sessions
