About the Role
You will provide technical expertise throughout the sales process, connect private-markets workflows with technology solutions, and deliver tailored product demonstrations. You will assess client requirements, support RFPs and RFIs, coordinate solution environments, share market feedback with product teams, and contribute to marketing events.
Requirements
- Client-facing experience in solutions engineering, professional services, consulting, project management, or a related investment-management or financial-technology function
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience presenting software solutions or technical concepts to senior stakeholders
- Analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment technology
Responsibilities
- Deliver client-facing presentations on private-markets trends, investment workflows, and technology solutions
- Lead technical sales support, including RFPs, RFIs, and solution environments
- Communicate product capabilities and deliver tailored demonstrations
- Assess customer requirements and recommend value-maximizing solutions
- Partner with sales, product, and service teams
- Support conferences, industry events, and business-development activities
- Provide market feedback and client insights to product teams
